clutch shaft runout

i had a one of the flat head bolts that hold primary chain adjuster fall out, just happened to lodge itself between clutch basket and inner primary. we ran the bike with primary cover off and see the clutch basket wobbeling probably .020. bike drives fine. what i'm wondering is how much is acceptable, or should i plan on tearing into transmission this winter.
thanks claude

take clutch out, thread the left handed nut on tranny input shaft and indicate for radial runout, this will let you know if the shaft is bent.
