Can someone tell me yes or no..... Can I install the Ultima Builders kit into my 2001 Ultra Classic??? Thank you.

They do make one that will fit, but there might be some machining needed to the parts. I seem to remember that a bushing needs to be milled. It can be installed into the case on the bike.

Are they using gear sets out of a Ultima Tranny or can I use the builders Kit? I can not seem to get a good answer.

I don't think you want to use the Ultima gearset in your touring bike. The 1st gear ratio is 2.94 instead of 3.24. This is too high for the heavier touring bikes and is the right ratio for softtails.
