What effect does larger rear pulley/sprocket have on bike?

sorry, here's what is probably a dumb question...

If you go from a 65 tooth to a 70 tooth rear sprocket, what is the effect on final gear ratio of the bike???

Would engine be revving HIGHER or LOWER at highway cruising speeds of say 70 MPH?

Oh and to answer your question, a 70 tooth will decrease your speed or increase your RPM at any given area.

Engine RPM will increase approximately 7.7% traveling at the same speed. On the other hand torque will increase on the rear wheel, providing an increase in acceleration.
