Tranny Sprocket

I have a 96 Road King with a tranny leak at main shaft seal. Have inner and outer primary off, but tranny sprocket throwing me for loop. I've never replaced a tranny seal and am looking for any advice I can get. Special tools, tricks and best seals. Thanks

how did you get the inner off with the pully on? Pully is reversed thread and the front sprocket is regular thread Red loctite on at 165lbs of torque. Elaborate if you can.

Front and rear used 3/4in drive sockets with 2 and a half foot breaker, also made tool at work last night. 1 7/8 socket split in two and welded 4" piece of pipe in middle.

I broke both front and rear primary chain pulleys with 3/4 drive sockets and 2 foot breaker bar. Removed 5 inner and 2 outer bolts, and inner came off. Now I'm left with belt pulley on transmission. I made a tool at work last night, took a 1 7/8in socket split it in two and welded 4 in. piece of pipe in between ends. For Main shaft nut.

oh you have to remove the race bearing it is pressed on and off harley51 on ebay has em cheap but if you know how to weld and fabricate just look at one if you cant find what one looks like PM me your email addy and I will send you a pic of one.
It is mainshaft bearing puller george's garage has em but I paid 70 from ebay very thick and quality made. The George sell is made of thinner stock. BTW anti seize when you press it back on. Make sure you leave enough gap to get the tool behind it when you press it back on It is easy with the tool.

shifter seal can be done from the outside drill a hole and pry it out. Quad seal set it and make sure you put a thin coat of rtv over the backside of it keeps the crap out. Use a socket to tap them out and in.
Starter jack shaft seal goes flat side in not like you would think with flat side up so a socket would fit good on a tap in but NOT that way. Flat side down or in. Cometic gaskets and stock seals are fine.

main shaft oil seal

Been out of town off and on and finally finished putting new seals in tranny. put primary back on and still had same leak. Took everything back off and found leak. Main shaft oil seal. Anyone have a simply way of removing the race off the shaft and removing the oil seal without buying any H-D special tools? Thanks for reading.
