SE performance Compensator. Excellent Upgrade

Made a rare appearance @ the Harley Dealership the other day and arranged to have Seacoast Harley install the new SE performance Compensator on my 07 fltr. Cheap upgrade and frankly I was not expecting to notice much of a change in performance. I was wrong. The first most notable change was the complete elimination of the starter thunk I always got when kicking over my 117. The second was the bike ability to pull out a low rpm without rapping. It seemed that the comp allows for a smoother transition from 2000 rpm up. Really noticable when riding two up. Very nice upgrade for less than $500 parts and labor. Easy DIY upgrade as well.

The best Bike I ever saw coming out of the hole was a Goldwing. It could pull out of a high gear better than any bike I ever rode. This upgrade improves a touring bikes ability to recover from a slow speed high gear pull without the previously required downshift.

Highly recommended.
