Exclamation ROADKING frame and engine alignment

Hey, i have seen some mention of using 2 8 ft florecent lamps to check wheel , frame and engine alighnment , can someone who is familiar with this method post a reply with details. Im right in the middle of replacing the swing arm and i want to make dang sure all in in alignment while i got all the stuff drug out.
