08 Road Glide dropping out of geat

Morning all, I posted this in the Touring forum and didn't get much of a response so I thought I'd try it here. I have an 08 Road Glide with about 3000 miles, V&H Big Radius 2 in to 2, and V&H Fuel Pack. It seems when I brake hard without the clutch in the bike will down shift a gear. This has happened at least four times that I'm aware of and may have happened more. I thought maybe it was my big feet but I intentionally braked hard with my foot off of left floor board and the problem still occurred. Has anybody else had seen or heard of this issue.

I've never heard of that one. I'd take it to the dealer for warranty.
