Advise please - Stage 1 Sporty 1200

have an 08 1200L (EU model) and am looking to have it stage 1. East Orlando Harley are suggesting the following parts but i would welcome anyone's views on these; I defn want the V&H Shortshots 'cos they look and sound awesome , but any views on the Power Commander and AC kit would be welcomes. Your guys in the US, if you know any better on-line dealerships who ship to UK I would also welcome the low down these too.

I have short shots and can't stand them, I thought they were awesome too so I was happy they came on my bike. I'm going back to stock with a set of slipons from cycle shack until I decide on something else or not. They're obnoxious while on a long ride and they rob me of my low end. Just my opinions and observations, I'm sure others will be along....
