Does anyone know were I can find a CAD model or drawling of the clutch cover on the primary for a 2007 xl? Or perhaps just the outer diameter, diameter and spacing of the bolt holes/c.sinks, and minimum clearence on the inside cover to clear...

I'm attempting to mill a custom replacement and I need to know these dimensions to make sure it'll fit the stock primary cover.I've done it for EVO parts I have, but I don't have acess to an XL cover.

You will never find that. Just go buy one, and take your measurements from that.
