XL Nightster 2008 Oil Change

Alright, this is the chick that is still learning...

I need to know what size oil filter and the best oil and lube I can use to give my bike it's own oil change. I'm learning it all with a friend, but the service manual is in the mail, I was hoping someone could help me out and tell me what I need so i can just order it online.

If you have a owners manual, the type filter and amount as well as instructions should be in it.
The owners manual for my 2002 Sportster has the above listed.
If not, the service department at the dealership might help out if they have the time to assist you.
