Upper rocker box oil leak

I have a 2004 Sportster 1200 with a recurring oil leak at the front upper rocker box cover. I have replaced the large and small gaskets three times in the past two years. It runs with no leaks for a few months and then will leak again. I have put the upper rocker box cover on a glass table top and it doesn`t appear to be warped..., and i`ve retorqued the torque the bolts after a few hundred miles after replacing the gaskets...anybody out there with the same problem and a possible solution???

What gaskets are you using? Is it leaking at the rubber or on the base of the rocker boxes?
