it has 1300 mi. on it, I think there are two problems, the first is the click, when riding down the road the engine has a clicking sound kind of like when you put a card in your spokes on your bicycle, at idle I cupped my hand over the primary chain inspection cover and it sounded like it came for there, any ideas? and the second problem is the engine and battery light, some times they come on together at idle and sometimes it is only the engine light, she has not noticed it going down the road yet.

Check your primary chain adjustment, also check to see if any codes have been set.
