won't idle

My 2006 XL1200L will not idle, when I start it it will run fine, when I'm going down the road its fine, but when I stop, I have to give it gas in order for it not to cut off, seems to me that the carb needs adjustment, any ideas?

Try adjusting the idle set screw by the carb when hot.
