2004 883 to 1200 conversion

I'm trying to tune the carb on the above Sporty. It has a Mikuni HSR 42, 883 heads and cams and a SE ignition. the carb came with a 155 main jet installed and a 160 and150 as spares. I put the 150 in and it's still way rich, probably because of the heads and cams.
Trying to get a ballpark number for the main jet, pilot jet and maybe the needle. Don't want to have to buy a dozen jets if I don't have to.
Thanks

A little confusing on you post is the bike an 883 or a 1200? If a 1200 180 main 45 slow if running rich check the carb float.
