2003 sporty 1200

hello, got a customer with a 2003 sporty 1200 carb. has short shot vance pipes (uncorked) and hyper charger. engine runs sweet when cold but once she warms up she falls on her face,wont idle,skips,and barley has enough power to get back to shop,stock carb and jetted. Im so lost and deep into this thing thats its drivin me to send it out to harley. I even rejetted her back from 180 main and 45 pilot back to factory setting of 170 main and 42 pilot. I fix and tune these all the time but she ant making any sense.Almost like carb has mind of its own.Mind you that when I try to adjust mixture screw it makes no differance what so ever. And rejetting it drasticly, made hardly any differace at all.Its almost like the choke is staying on. Please help the customer and me!

Cold OK Hot runs poor- sounds like the ignition module.
