Increasing a 883ccto 1200cc???

A friend of mine has a 2004-883cc sporster,the dealer told
him they could increase it 1200cc.he asked me what I
thought about and I don`t have any idea what to tell him,
Any one have any advise or answers on this?

very easy upgrade, one of the best bang for the buck builds, but you may want to post the question in the Sportster section to get more responses.

closer before I posted this one.I am trying to get my
friend a quick answer before the dealer gets a hold on
him

There are kits that will take it to a 1250 also
