jet

A 66 jet is pretty much what id run in that bike. The drag pipes will kill all your bottom end though. You might just want to think about some loader sort of slip on mufflers. The performance will be much better. Your not going to like the twist the throttle and wait for it thing that drag pipes give.

A 66 or 64 main with a 28 or 265 intermediate.
With most engines, a simple 1 1/2 long, 1/4" bolt, with 5/16 nuts, stacked up
(usually 3 will do),inside the pipe,
will control the reversion, and still give you the sound and look, and hardly effect peak hp numbers, but drives a pile of low end torque into the picture.
In some cases (and yours could be one of them) a 5/16 bolt with 3/8 nuts may be needed.
Works like a charm every time.

I used some 1/4in thumb screws and turned them side ways,
there even adjustable. While on the dyno I kept turning them
alittle more till the peak hp just started to drop, locked them
there and the bottom end was good too.
