I would like to go and don't think I would have any problem getting there...it's just getting back here! 
curious....do any of you show up at this thing? This year it is from Nov 4-7. I have been down there in 90 * weather and one year I needed the heated clothing. I'm not much of a drinker any more but the spectacle is something..esp the miss Terligua contest. I have usually stayed at the rather spartan Antelope in Alpine and it is a great ride around the circle. Big Bend is such a phenomenon.
