I need stock 06 up dyna parts please help!

i was hit by a truck last week and i live in the phoenix area attending MMI. i need to get my bike back road ready asap. i need stock midcontrol bracket with rear brake lever. i also need 06 dyna gas tank. if you have any info id appreciatte it greatly. thanks
