Got it done. Called MVD in Avondale, told them what I wanted and told them what I had for paper work. They said bring it down for a level 1 inspection, no problem. Loaded buell chopper in van, took it to Avondale, unloaded, all of the sudden its a level 2 inspection. Reload haul to 59th ave and Bell rd. Arrive and get in the level 2&3 inspection lane, wait 1/2 hour, inspector comes over and tells me, Im in the wrong line, you guessed it, I need a level 1 inspection after all. F@#k. Inspection goes through. Go inside to get new title, MVD lady tells me, I need a paper from people I bought motor from, that says I bought motor only. The freakin Texas title is already stamped motor only. F#@K this, I go back to Avondale, present inspection paper and all other paperwork, 15 minutes later I walk out with 2008 special construction title and plate.
