All leaving from Pigeon Forge during the bike week. Other large groups are also planning events for this time period so there should no shortage of bikes and new friends to meet.

On May 11th in Maryville just a short ride from the Rally - Guns and Roses will be doing a gig. Should be a hoot; with so much to do and see it might even be better that MB.

Hotel reservations are going fast for this rally it should be bigger this year due to MB Killin all the fun on the altantic coast.

I'll have a couple - after I park the Bike - Sorry ya can't make it Fred; But ya never know - being retired gives me the time to take a few extra days without worrying bout puttin the shoulder to the grindstone.

I'm riding out to Myrtle Beach from California. I was already heading to Nashville via the Natchez Trace Trail and my ride takes me by there on Friday. I'll be stopping by. This is going to be a great trip.....New Orleans bike week, Great Smokey Mountain rally and then Myrtle Beach. It's like the tri-fecta.

Ooops...just checked my itinerary for the trip. I am going to the Smokey Mountain ride on Saturday after I leave Nashville for Knoxville. I plan on riding part of Deals Gap on the way.

HXturbo were going to be there until Sun. and then the wifes headed for Indiana and home and I'm going to drag my feet a little for some sightseeing on the way. That;s the nice part about being retired - no time clocks to punch.

The Great Smokey Mountain rally in Pigeon Forge,Tn. has been moved to a new date.
From May 7-11 to June 17-21,2009

If you have already have motels booked please change to the new dates.

Change in plans for GSMBW - I've moved my trip to Jun 14-21st due to some problems beyond my control.
For those of you who were planning to meet up with us, I'll have to take a rain check; sorry.
But if you still plan on making the event we'll see ya there.
