All depends on what you like to do. As the previous poster said, there is Beale St. - Blues clubs, bars, etc.; you may want to consider Graceland, if you are a music or Elvis fan. If you like casinos, Memphis is a little less than an hour from Tunica, MS - several casinos - I think it it is third behind Vegas and Atlantic City. We have a zoo, civil rights museum, you could go to a Memphis Grizzlies game at the FedEx forum.
