thx, i grin like a mofo everytime i get on it. peeps must wonder if im alright smiling like i am but hey....it makes me happy. the pipe is awesome. a little on the loud side but the sound is all its own. this is my third R&B pipe ive had, it was all about the HP/TQ for me, all tho it is a good looking pipe. i have never had one on a small motor so i cant verify its perfomance charecteristics in that app but i am completely satisfied with it on mine.

the pipe comes in several variations, from the size of you primaries to the collector length. according to bob at R&B anything beyond 10" on the collector is for nothing more than looks. i have only had one with a 10" collector and i really didnt even notice a sound diff. it was on another motor tho. performance wise it was the top dog for my motor. totenkopf turned me onto a custom pipe builder http://www.burnsstainless.com/index.htm, that i am considering for the 131" build i have going on now. this should be interesting to say the least. there are a lot of people on here with tons of experience so there is help galore should you need some.

if there is anything i can do to help you out just give me a shout and ill do what i can. take care.

Pipes for a FatBoy

I get my Fatboy soon and am looking for others advice on pipes to put on. I have heard the last few years the factory pipes have improved, but still leave a lot to be desired?

Thoughts?
