Brittle clear

Well i picked up a nice rock chip on the front of the tank on my 05 superglide (vivid black). Yeah i know if you ride it, it's gonna happen. What bugs me is the impact area appears quite small but a huge piece of clear nearly dime size broke off! Since i've been in the collisian repair industry for the past 26 years and have owned my own shop the past 8 i've aquired a good understanding of paint performance and durability, my conclusion the moco paint sucks. If the product i use (Sikkens) chipped this badly i'd have nothing but redos going on! Okay time to stop bitching and start sanding, did'nt really like those decals anyway.
