Looking for replacement tank and fenders for Heritage

My wrecked Heritage (03) will be needing a new tank and fenders. The dealer that is doing the repair work told me that since it is an 03 anniversary model, the matching replacement tanks and fenders are back-ordered from HD, and could take several months to come in...

ARRRRRGGGHHHHHH (that's my pirate scream!)

I asked the dealer if the insurance would still cover everything if we got the tank and fenders from some 3rd party vendor and he said... well, maybe.

So, I'm looking around to see if anyone has ideas on where I could find a replacement tank (paintjob & color doesn't matter) for a Heritage other than from HD. If I could find a compatible plain black set, I'd be tickled.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I buy and sell a lot of sheet metal on ebay.com I don't have what your looking for but i see alot of 03 stuff there. Good luck!

EFI? I have an '03 FLSTCI Vivid Black. I've been looking for a stretched tank replacement. If I found the right one, I might be willing to sell my stock tank/fenders.

Nerdicus, i have an 02 FLSTSI black tank with some small scratches. I removed the decals with floss, i was just getting ready to sand and prime
and do some flames, but i would sell if you need it. Joe

FYI, There is a new set of 2003 blue annivers. tanks,fenders on ebay now.
