Ceramic Coatings in Brevard County, Florida?

Hi All...
Does anyone have any experience with Powder coaters/Ceramic coaters in Brevard County, Florida?

I want to get some exhaust pieces Ceramic coated, and I'd rather not ship them out of state. I want to go to the shop and see some of their work.

Any info will be greatly appreciated!

JL

Hey JL:

If you are unable to find someone in your backyard to do them, we’d be glad to help.

We're located in Detroit and offer both High Temp Ceramic Coating and Powder Coating as well as Piston Coatings and various other specialty engine coatings. CCPcoatings.com has been Ceramic Coating and Powder Coating for over 15 years. We've won numerous coating awards and have been featured on Discovery Channels Biker Build Off.

We offer about 8 different colors of Ceramic Coating. All but the bright ceramic is good for 2000F +. We also offer discounts for Forum members and car clubs. Below are some samples of just a few projects. Have a look and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks

Concerns? of course there are concerns! I can look at pictures all day long, and still not be able to see the quality and finish of the work.

That's why I specifically wrote;
"I'd rather not ship them out of state. I want to go to the shop and see some of their work."

Why would I send my parts 1200 miles away to Detroit?? I can't afford to go to Detroit to see your work.

Why do people waste other peoples time?????

If this is the kind of answer that y'all are going to give, I'd rather no one else reply to this thread.

Maybe the moderator should cancel this thread.

WOW, aren’t you a big ball of sunshine. Are you always such a dick to people trying to offer assistance?

First, we prefaced the information with:

“If you are unable to find someone in your backyard to do them, we’d be glad to help.”

You’re under no obligation do anything and certainly not required to be an ass with the offer. In that you’re not being overwhelmed with responses we merely threw it out there in case you needed other options. In that there generally aren’t experienced Ceramic Coaters on every corner most of that business is sent out of state. As for us, probably 50% of our Ceramic Coating business comes from out of state from “lovely Folks” like you having the same problem. Most have been comforted viewing similar parts in a photo gallery of nearly 1000 photos as well as Cover Bikes on major cycle publications and oh yeah, Discovery Channel.....

I understand you’d “rather” stay local but that may not be an option for you. I’d rather not jump off a bridge, but if a bus was coming for me I probably would… “Rather” is conditional, perhaps you may want to say, “I have no intention of sending my pipes further than I’m willing to drive” so who do you suggest?

As for you being able to “see” the finish, outside of the coating falling off the part the initial look of the finish has very little bearing on whether the shop is experienced with the process or has any track record with similar product in the field. I’e. it can look spectacular for you to see and touch and it can peel off your pipes as soon as you leave the parking lot….

Best of luck. I’m sure with your cheery disposition folks will be lining up to offer you assistance so long as it meets your approval…
