Batwing Fairing on FLHS

Hello All.

I would like to fit a batwing fairing on my 1993 FLHS. Looked at the Memphis Shades piece, but it won't fit my bike due to the instrument panel (on top of the handle bar risers like a FLT).

Any suggestions? Modifying the original instrument panel and gages is not desired.

Thanks

Glenn

HD made a fairing for your bike. p/n 58374-93 ( plus paint code i.e. VD for vivid black)
or p/n 58198-76a, unpainted primed.

Hardware kit 58156-91 for windshield and hardware mounting kit

Shovel Fairing?

I'm not having any luck with finding a 58198-76A.

Does anyone know if a shovel fairing will work on my bike?

Lots of those for sale on eBay.

Thanks.

Glenn

Vegasjones wants to know Dino or Syn?
I just ran across this when googling how to fit a batwing fairing on my bike. I also have a 1993 FLHS. From everything i read it seems like all i need to do is order the fairing, part no. 58198-76a and t should mount to the hardware used to mount my windshield. Ia the mounting hardware referenced above, the 58156-91 any different than the stock hardwareused to mount my windshield? I really want to make this work but want to get all my ducks in a row before i go order a $400 fairing that i cant return. Any help or direction anyone can point me in would be appreciated. I also checked out the other vendor links shown above and had no luck.
