Need 2010 scarlet red paint (inner fairing)

Where is the best place to get paint to match the 2010 Scarlet Red paint?
Order from HD, or local paint store?

Talked to local painter, and he said he has used the factory hd paint twice, and it did not match.

Bring a side cover to a PPG dealer and have them color eye it. They may not have the 10 paint codes yet...but they probably will soon. HD does not always release all the color codes, but if they color eye it, that will give them a formula. If it is a candy, however, the color eye usually will not work.

If you got to a dealer, they will only want you to buy the HD paint, which is rebranded PPG, with a different mix ratio and does not spray as well as PPG DBC does...

No reason the factory paint shouldn't match though...I have had much success using PPG to match factory before.
