Where to install tank badges ?

Just had my tank painted and was wondering if there is template or guide as to where the tank emblems should go ?

How come your painter did not put them on?

I would get a pic of the same year bike with the emblem and look closely at the positioning of it. You may have to EVER SO SLIGHTLY bend the pieces to fit the contour of the tank. Get the right placement on the tank before removing the adhesive tape on the back. Try and get them lined up so they are the same on both sides. If you curve them to fit the right spot on the tank then there is only one place they will really fit.

I'll post a pic to give you a general idea...
