Stamped Rear Fender Options

Hey,
What's the best looking options for a steel long wide rear fender for a bagger?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers!

Does it have to be metal? BadDad does some nice fenders and extended bags...

You may also check Russ Wernimont too...

Pat,
I spoke with Jacob over there at BadDad..I'm not sure about covering the stocker, but the wide 4" BadDad fender looks GOOD..Have you seen any negative effects to covering the stock fender??
Also,

Cheers!

Have you thought about picking up another stock fender for this? Seems like it wouldn't even have to be perfect - scratches, even a couple of minor dents should be ok...and cheap enough. Just thought of it....

One of the advantages of the overlay on a bagger is that it covers all the framework and connections between the fender and the frame. This is also a PITA if you run a tour pack, back rest or other structured items that mount to the frame.

I think I think Paul at Native Custom has some steel fenders for the rear For 'glass, Baddad has nice stuff. John at SSinister Customs has an overlay rear fender LaRosa as well has one.

The one I am using is a prototype I built with the "glasser who builds the parts for for John at SSinister as well as newly redesigned prototype bags.

Here is the mock up.

The end product has changed but I don't have pic's yet, I will try and get some today at lunch.

SLPER check out RWD, Klockwerks and FBI. It all depends on how wide a tire you want to put under them.

Good luck,
Dave
