Skirted Fenders for Sportster

I purchased a new tank, 4.0 gallon capacity, to replace the 2.5 gallon peanut tank on my '89 Sportster. While thinking about getting it painted and installed, I figured I might as well do the fenders, as well.

So, my question is, anyone know a supplier for skirted front/rear fenders? Looking to spend $150 or less per fender. I see several fenders for sale on eBay but few skirted ones for Sportsters. My goal is to give my Sportster a bit of an art deco look, along with a turquoise/cream paint scheme. Any suggestions or referrals will be appreciated!

There are a lot of Indian fenders and other parts around from when they went broke in Calif. These fenders are for sale on eBay from time to time.
