Have few question for you since you answer may question on DRG posting thought I'd start a new posting. Need to paint 05 Ultra Classic rebuilder 4 colors when I bought it. Spray can the new and used parts white to match rest of bike, not bad at distance and I can ride it tell I decide on paint layout. Haven't painted in 5 years, have experience sprayed candies, pearls and metalflake. Updated my guns to LPH 400 Iwata, and Iwata air brush. I'm ready to paint. I went to your website was looking at your paint jobs done with the Kameleon colors and that was one option thinking about. Is it hard to paint? And with it's cost so high how much paint needed for Ultra with lower fairings and trunk? Your paint jobs are beautiful, and to take the time out of your day to answer all are rookie questions is very much appreciated.

Hey Chuck! Well first off I love Iwata, so you got the right stuff to do the job! Before you paint anything, you may want to strip that rattle can paint off as it very well may cause a reaction with the paint you would be applying over...

If you are wanting kameleon as your base coat, you will need at least 1qt. The kameleons are nearly $300 for a pint, so you very well may be spending more than $1k just for materials - primer, clear, reducers, etc...

It really is about the same as spraying basecoat, so you will probably do just fine! I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
