I think the tanks will be most different with different fuel pumps. Fenders and everything else should work...I don't think HD has changed the front fender since the 80s, not 100% certain about the rear fender fitting, but there probably is a good chance it will....

Aren't the rear fenders wider now on the 07's then the 02's? I could be way off on that....

just called moroneys hd and was told the changes were made on the rear fender and tank...he does not know exactly what the changes are though...damn i was going to buy a paint set but now i wont cuz i dont want anything to go wrong fitting the tank and rear fender

Yeah I wasn;t sure if they went a little wider or not...but am pretty sure that the tanks and fuel pumps will be the biggest difference.

I 'think' with an 02, you are limited to only 00-02, or up to 03 fitting...
