badgers most notable fault that can be related to naivete, if one chooses to, is that he doesnt let age get in the way of experience or ability when it comes to offering or accepting assistance with something he has a great deal of ability and/or experience with. those of us who have known him for any appreciable amount of time have grown accustomed to this and have a greater appreciation for the wisdom he has accumulated in the fewer number of years he has had than many of us to do so.

unfortunately....every once in a while a childish response like yours, supported by an obvious bias against someone younger than yourself actually offering assistance shows how insecure someone who has had plenty of time to become secure can really be.

so take badgers advice dan...grow the phuk up and be a man. that doesnt mean pick a fight or throw your dick size out on the table when you feel threatened...it means suck it up and try to gather some knowledge when something you say or write is challenged in any way...be it positive or negative in your world...you just might become a better man for it...or a man period....

incidentally....although one does not have to be an expert at performing tasks that ase certifies for...they do have to possess a greta deal of knowledge, fair amount of skill and a great deal of determination and study to earn the certification...it isnt as easy as it was when you and i were kids..tech a and tech b have gotten a bit trickier and so has the industry....
badger should be congratulated for achieving and maintaining ase certification as opposed to using poor comparisons to driving license standards to discredit him...many would consider that childish...but we know better dont we?

in closing....i am only a couple of years older than you dan...but hopefully that will be enough for you to at least take me seriously in your world of age vs experience...

Look I said anything yet because i dont like to take sides , but now that you have asked (so to speak) I think you over reacted just a bit . I haven't been on this site probably much longer than you , but been seeing badgers post and never have seen him deliberately cut somebody down . You just must bring out the best in him . It was a joke from the beginning . You just couldn't handle it . Even when there was a shot to patch things up , you screwed that up . You cant just let it go . Everybody comes to this site to have fun and pass the time , along the way make a feww freinds and find an answer to a problem every now and then . By the way aren't we yuppies supposed to be what you are looking for in your line of work . Now I am sure that you are going to throw one of your little fit again and come back a lot lf cuss words and yelling , but dont take my not saying nothing back as a sign of weakness . You sure talk a good game....Haven't seen any of your work, so talk is cheap. At least Badger has posted useful info for painters and non-painters alike. You OBVIOUSLY got off on the wrong foot here and some misunderstandings happened. Really no need to be a keyboard commando slinging BS to prove your point. You may be a great painter...let your work speak for it, not a bunch of bullshitt directed at someone you don't know. I myself may represent (in your mind anyway) the wanna-be Harley rider you describe. I'm a painter too and people who look at my ride may get that idea based on how it looks. Truth be told, i sold tons of stuff and spent mega hours on my bike and did it all myself and tell you what- I'm a broke-dick MF'er who likes to ride and for that matter rode my bike 2000+ miles in the last month my bikes been painted and assembled. I am sorry for all the bull that went on in this website.It seems that my step son had gotten ahold of my password and has been posting all sorts of things about me and my business.My stepson was going to get a sportster for his graduation this year if he had straight bs in school.He did not and now he is pissed and is sending bad post to a lot of websites.You should see some of the emails i am getting.Sorry for all of this.He will not be back.
