rivet problem

i'm changing the latches on my 91 electra glide. the jit calls for a special too hd-39767. does anyone have any idea what this tool looks like and if a reasonable facsimile can be made. a standard rivet crimper won't work. thanks in advance for any advice!!!

In this case your better off going to the dealer. They'll have the right tool and shouldn't stick it to you to bad. They have the correct rivets also, not pop rivets. Btw, the tool cost around $200 so not many indies have it either.
