HD PPG codes 90-07

The PPG paint code for Red Hot Sunglo is 922609/1 (base coat) and 922609/2 (top coat). It's a three stage paint so a clear goes on top of these.

I am looking for the pin stripe paint code for a 2008 Road King Peace Officer Special. I getting a new fairing from dragonfly and want to add the pin stripe. I know the black is vivid black but not sure about the light blue pin stripe. Also is the vivid black the same as the standard Road King?

You can get the pinstripe color in touchup form from HD - though it will take 2-3 weeks for the dealer to get it. They don't really reference the pinstripe colors...

If you have striping on the side cover you can probably bring that to the PPG dealer and they could match it...

Does anybody know the PPG code for Harley's Pewter Denim?? I am desperatley looking for this code to paint my bike, seen this color on a new Dyna and liked it very much.
I am from Holand, Europe, hope the PPG codes will work here...

It is nice to share this list, there are many who look for H-D color codes.
We can duplicate all H-D custom colors of Color Shop & Radical Color Shop. Since we know the base colors used under the candy colors, we are able to perfectly match factory top coats & colors.

I have a fairing to get painted, and live in Singapore so cannot sent to Gene......

As far as I can tell the CVO color codes aren't released at all. The paint is not even available through the HD network. My understanding is, Harley doesn't want people making clones of these bikes. If you think about it, it makes sense, it will help maintain the value of your limited edition factory custom, and insure them a replacement parts customer. Problem is, there are no parts available in those colors.

My paint guru has matched a green 06 model with some House of Kolor candies. I'm guessing Singapore is not stocked with custom painters. You really need someone who understands how candies and undercoats work to make the color right. If there are no custom shops there, try somewhere that paints high end cars, I'm sure Singapore would have a shop to repair those type cars.

Do you know if the paint code for '06 "Black Denim" LG 913102 is still current? I'm looking to paint my '04 Road King Police.

Most likely, if you went to PPG they would tell you to use the vivid black base and the 'flex n flat' clear. For the black denim, it may require a slight mixture of PPG 2042 gloss clear to get the right satin sheen...

If that is the correct code you have there, than it should not have changed.
