long legs on an electraglide

I have a 36 in inseam and am looking for a seat that will put me further back on the bike so I am not as cramped. H-D has extended floorboards which will help but I will still have the feeling that I am sitting on the tank. I have heard that Road Glide seats will put you back a bit....and since the RK and Electra are basically the same frame...are the seats interchangeable?
Thanks

Yes, the Roadglide seat will fit on your E-glide. It does move you back a couple of inches, and slightly lower you. I have one on mine, and like it much better than the stock E-glide seat.

Ditto - I have the Road Glide seat and it does sit you back a couple inches. The Screamin Eagle Electra Glide leather seat will sit you back also, but you have to add the dash filler panel that doesn't look great, but mostly the seat is hard as a brick. I sold mine, then I tried about half a dozen seats - I'm 6'3" - and the Road Glide was clearly the best combination of comfort and space. It's also still low profile, but much more comfortable than the SE seat was for my wife.

before I read it, I was just going to say that I don't mind long legs on my scooter, but I prefer the short ones
