C&C Solo vs Stock FLHX SEat

Can anyone comment on the riding position/height/etc of this seat vs. the stock street glide seat.

I have 3 of the C&C seats. 2 of them are solo.

You sit at least 1 inch lower and 2 inches back. The seats are very comfortable, firm not stuffy or puffy. Excellent support. I thing I do notice is because you sit lower and back the front of the seat feels a little broader. 1 of the seats has the backrest, wish they both did.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. It does help. I like the idea of sitting lower. Thanks again.

I agree with RkingRon, I'm riding on a C&C leather Sport Touring seat with gel insert (pretty much the same front bucket as the solo), 1.5 to 2" back and a little lower,(felt like I had a little better control being down in the bike instead of sitting on top of it) much firmer than the stock S/Glide seat and good lower back support and after 50 miles I havent gotten "monkey butt" like I did on a vinyl stock seat from my bike or the S/Glide seat I borrowed and rode for a week or so.. It's the second C&C seat I've bought and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one if I needed it.
