Recommendations to recover Sundowner seat

I have the “Sundowner™ Deep Bucket Seat – Smooth” and would like to get it recovered in vinyl. The threads are too tight, are pulling and holes are starting. I’m not interested in any modifications as the seat fits us perfectly. I’m also not interested in going after-market as I don’t want to replace the rider or passenger backrests.

What I am interested in are recommendations of businesses that forum members know do professional work. I have found Cee Bailey’s in California but I don’t know anything about them. I also left a message with Mean City Cycles but their order form only lists modifications. A few local upholstery shops aren't interested.
