C&C Motorcycle seat company

Hi all.

I have been saving for this for a wile, the stock seat, while soft, had me sitting too for forward.
I have seen a couple of these guys seats before, and got to sit on one, I liked where it placed me on the bike, about 1.5 inches back, and 1 inch lower.

I decided to do something a bit different and go with a custom made unit.
But these guys make all there seats to order, so in a way even there base units are hand made.

I choice to go with the triable flame pattern with the leather top and Alligator leather insert for the flame part, in blue.

The seat arrived in 8 days from order to in my hands, I was quite impressed.
The seat is a work of art, carpeted on the bottom and fits tight on the frame.
The foam they used is very simular to a Mustang seat, it will take a bit of time to soften up, but even riding it home new, it was molding to me fast.

I choice the silver gray stitching to match the silver pin striping from the factory.

All in all, they did a first rate job.

If you would like to get a custom seat, you should check them out before you settle for something less.

I almost forgot, I bet you all would like to know how much this cost?

When you start to get something hand made, with expensive materials the cost can get out of hand fast, and I think this is here they really have an advantage.
They sell direct to you, so when you see this seat that should have cost well over 1000.00 bucks, and I tell you it cost 612.00 with the shipping, you should understand this was a bargain.

Here are some pictures for you to drool over, and to tell the truth, it looks so much better in person.

That is awesome! Chuck is a good guy and I've always been impressed with their work...that one is one of the best I've seen! Great color match, too!

Wow!!!! Very nice. Buddy of mine was looking for a solo seat for his Heritage, he went with C&C. I sat on it and was very impressed with the back support. I could never find the right seat for my Road King and I went with the basic seat from C&C........I'm no longer looking for correct seat because I found it with C&C. Quality business and no bullshi*....

Great lookin' seats! I've been running their solo on my RK for a few years now, and it has broken-in very well. Chuck is first rate to work with. I made a bad call on the stitching color on my first seat. Chuck sent me thread samples to pick from to make a better match. Stitched up a replacement, and sent it, no problem. He could just as easily have said, "tuff luck pal, live with it", but did not. That's service above & beyond IMO. Great company.

How do C&C seats compare to Corbin with regard to firmness and support (on a bagger)?

They use a high density foam like a Mustang or Corbin seat, and it needs a break in like a mustang or a Corbin does.

I have to say that I have only a hundred miles on it so far. It is firm, but it had very good support and even thou it is new, I know it will mold to me just fine.
Right now it is a bit firm, but a little wiggling in the seat And I fit right in it.

i couldnt agree more!!! Chuck is a true first rate guy!! I picked up a semi-customized square back for my softail springer and the quality is second to none! The customer service has to be the best Ive had with any product. I rode it all the way to colorado from kansas city, no sore ass no numbing whatsoever. mine with the pebbled leather and smooth vinyl was only 340 i think which was a deal considering the quality. Probably gonna pick up a solo too and wont hesitate to order again.

Nice seat. I've been talking with Chuck and looking at getting the sport tour with removable backrest. I had back surgery and need the support. The question I have is it worth getting the gel insert? Is it anymore comfortable? Thanks

I asked about getting a gel in mine, but Chuck said it makes the seat much harder.
So I passed on it and i couldn't be happier.

Love my C&C Squareback. It took a long time to really break in, but it's way comfy now.

Daaammmnnn!!! Thats gotta be the best looking seat i have seen. Ive been considering a better seat as im starting to make longer runs.

Your seat has my mind made up.

Love the look of the flames with the aligator.

Kind of reminds me of a dragon.

Might have to highjack your idea! LOL
