I have the big seat on my RG. The big seat offers you great back support for a solo and it sits you low, you can also order a back rest. I also like the way the seats looks on a touring bike, it’s a big solo..
What I don't like about the seat. I'm 6’4’; the seat has this wedge design, its part of the look, which really starts digging into my crotch area around 45 minutes or an hour into a ride and causes you to constantly shift positions on the seat. That wedge looks good but it’s a horrible comfort design.
What I did about it. I sent the seat out to Mean City Cycles. Had them lower that wedge a bit, lowered the seat about another 1/2 inch and had them push the seat back about another inch. They also replaced the foam with their memory foam. Now my seat is super comfortable, the way it should have been out of the box. It now looks good, it's comfortable and it gives me the extra leg room I needed.
Regarding the weekend seat, that seat doesn't look like it has any back support and padding wise you probably wouldn't be able to ride more than an hour in it. If you go with that one I recommend replacing the foam with memory foam, it makes a world of a difference. BTW - I've had 3 Danny Gray seats and they are all pretty hard.
