Sundowner down! Is the Mustang any different?

Well I went out and got a Sundowner and Driver back rest for my 06 Road King. It was not a good fit, the Sundowner is wider than the stock in the front of the saddle which makes it way uncomfortable for me when stopped.

The other thing was the back rest, I adjusted it every way possible, but it pushes you forward way too much. I actually wanted to move up a bit, but that back rest had me feeling like I was sitting on the tank!

Does anybody know if the Mustang #79102 "15 inch Studded Solo with Driver Backrest Only" does the same thing? I would hate to order it, and have to deal with shipping it back.

Also, does anybody know if that Mustang seat fits with the Harley passenger seat?

I have had both seats. The mustang solo I had moved me back and lower into the bike compared to the stock seat and the sundowner. I really liked the backrest and had no problem with adjustment with it. You can use the stock passenger seat with the mustang. It just pushes up aganst the back somwhat.

I was able to get more mileage out of the mustang than the sundowner but sold the mustang to get the sundowner.
