Mustang Seat for an 06 FLHR (or other backrest seats)

I have the stock black studded (Sundowner I believe) seat on my 06 Road King.

I want to replace it with a new one that has a back rest. I'm thinking about this one from Mustang (if you know of cheaper ones please let me know)!

Here's my questions.
1) I already have the passenger seat and backrest (Harley Stock). Will this new seat fit with them?
2) If you have one of these, how did it match the OEM seat (color, same black studs, etc)? Since I want to keep my passenger seat, I need the new seat to match.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated!

I have the Mustang one piece regal touring seat and a stock HD backrest installed on my RKC. The funny thing is that the stitching pattern on both the seat and the backrest match. BTW, I have the detachable backrest. Hope this helps
