Seat for tall rider, 08 Street Glide

Ive read through a bunch of post about which seat to buy. Im wondering if there are any tall riders out there, that have a recomendation? I'm 6 foot 7. My other bike was an 05 RK Custom, had a couple different seats, nonr of them were great long ride seats, had the hollywood solo by corbin, and I had the HD stripper seat. Both allowed me to set back a couple inches over the stock. Im looking for a good comfortable long haul seat for this bike, that might allow me a couple extra inches. I emailed mustang seats, they told me theirs were actually a bit more forward then the stock seat. Based on what Ive read in the forums, I am checking out the HD sundowner, but was hoping I could hear from some other tall riders.

Thank you everyone.

I'm 6'6'' and have a 07 FatBoy. What I have determined is that HD doesnt make a bike for the tall. So in order to accommadate my long legs I have put floorboard extensions on with extended brake and shift levers, got a LePera BareBones Solo seat and have a C&C Tour Sport ordered. Both of these seats lower me and sit me back a little but let's face it...unless we go to a custom build, us tall ones will always be cramped on a Harley IMO.

Just to update, I ended up buying an HD sundowner seat, and thanks to HarleyMike77, who passed me this link, www.meancitycycles.com. I have my new seat scheduled to be modified. Im going to have them move me as far back as possible, and lower me as far as possible. They are also going to be adding the double decker memory foam for me. I just tried out the sundowner, not to bad for me, looks like I have a couch on my bike..lol..It felt great, can't wait until I get the mods done.

On a side note, I also picked up the removable riders backrest, in the street glide design. It was easy enough to install, but it is definitly not for a tall rider. Not sure if the shop will let me return it. If anyone is interested, I would be willing to let it go, for a good discount over what you would get at the shop. PM me.

Once you get tired of that go with a Russell seat, it may not look that good butt is is so comfortable. Google Day Long saddles.
