Help!!!Mustang Sport Touring Seat! Maybe?
I just took delivery of my Street Glide and hate the seat after 600 miles. I was looking at the Mustang SPORT Touing saddle. Any opinions on this puppy would be appreciated...Pictures would be great too...

What? It took you 600 miles to hate your stock seat? J/K
I have the Mustang Touring Seat on our Electra Glide. I took it off last Electra Glide we had. Love the seat.
I will tell you that when I first got it, I thought "WTF? This thing is as hard as a rock!!" But after a break-in period(about 1,000 miles), I can't imagine the ride without it. Wife feels the same. When we left dealer with stock seat, before we got to house, she told me to put the Mustang on the bike. And we only live about 12 miles from dealer where I got bike from.

I agree..plus Mustang will take the seat back after 30 days if you don't like it.
i actually bought mine through my harley dealer, and they paid for the return shipping if i ordered another one, and it was cheaper through Harley...IMAGINE THAT! Don't remember why I returned the first one...but really like the new one!

I've got the Mustang sport-touring on my FLHRS. WAAAY better than stock. Expect to sit a little higher, and a hair forward, nature of the beast. Thinking of sending mine to get it lowered an inch and narrowed a bit in the front. I'm not long legged (30 inseam) and can flat foot with it. I'd just like it a little lower, as personal preference. Got mine a couple of years ago, best price I found was Discountcycleparts.com. If I remember right, it was about $325 shipped.

Which is better the Mustang one-piece sport or one-piece smooth touring seat?
Any opinions?

The one piece smooth tour is way nice for two up riding with two full size people the sport is not as wide and full figure people may not find it as comfortable,.

I am looking for a 2 up. I am 5' 10" - 165 lbs. My wife is 5' 4" - 130 lbs.
It appears the one-piece smooth touring would be the most comfortable for us, isn't it? I care more about the ride than looks.

I am looking at the same seat for my street glide. But have been looking at the Solo & Passenger Seat Combinations also.

I got one.
On my 93 FLHS. It is 2-4 inches shorter than most bagger seats. It is good lookin,comfy,BUT.... The passenger pays for it. Momma feels like I`m sitting in her lap. I definitely sit further back, and higher up than the original seat. There was some guy in California who was fitting seats to riders, using gel & high end foam. Wish I could remember his name. Think he was in American Iron, or Hot Bike. Done in a day, by appt. only, some where around 600 out the door. Any body remember ???? DK.
