SOLD SEAT SOLD 3. 08 FLHTCU Stock Seat w/Mean City Cycle's Memory Foam upgrade to both rider and pass. Used for approx 1000 miles. - $200 +shipping

Mtclassic - USPS delivery of the tire will cost 23.76 for 5-7 days. Pri Mail will cost 41.55 (both to MT). Therefore the price you quoted would be a much better deal.
I am changing the post to local sale only due to shipping.

Not tinted. I believe the stock HD height is 12" but you will need to verify.
