If your bike did not come with rails you will also need the saddlebag guards with the mounting holes in them. I have an 03 electraglide classic and I removed my rails. The kit you are looking for sells for 313.00 on page 417(G) of the accessory catalog. I'll take 150 for the guards and the rails if you will also send me your guards without the holes.
