2009 SERG & Rinehart Slipon's
Just Dyno tuned a 2009 S/E 110cuin CVO Roadglide with Rinehart slip on mufflers and supertuner. 91HP & 116.7TQ The only bad part it isn't mine to enjoy. Just might be nicest riding touring model to date

Thanks for that great info. Should have told the customer that you could have gotten a couple more horsies by using a SE Heavy Breather and triple platinum plugs!

Nice....
I cant wait till true duals come out so the cat in the head pipe is gone, with the SE heavy breather too. Should have real nice numbers with out getting into the engine.

Uhhh, you lose HP going to true duals. The 2 into 1 back to 2 works really well. Spend less and get the same pipe for the 96" (without the cat!). Flow is pretty even through both sides! Or... rumor has it that you could spend about $30 for a 1.6 core drill bit and drill out the cat!

While that is true, A bagger just does not look right with a 2 into 1 and especially not the SERG with the cut outs for both pipes.

FLSTFI Dave;
The point I was trying to make was why install true duals on the 09's when you already have a 2 into 1 stock. If its a 110 or Ca 96 then it has the cat which could fall out or... you could spend $500 and get the non-Ca 96 headers without the cat.

I will watch for some take offs from a 09 96" at the dealer.
What I would really like is for BUB or V&H to make a two into one into two header.

Hmmm, there ya go! But why waste the money? Would the BuB or V&H be that much better? Let someone else spend the money and then take their 96 headers....

Notice I did say I would watch for 09 96" take off.
I think they may be better. I know the Thunder header and the Pro pipe give the most torque. Torque is what I like.

Yea, the stage 1 with a tune on the Dyno and Fullsac baffles at $120/pair is getting 115ftlbs torque at the wheel. I think that will work without splitting the case!!!! Always heard the ThunderHeader was about the best for power/torque. tough decision.

Bike we tuned was showroom stock 255 cams come standard in CVO 110cuin 2009 models.We never checked CCP you would have to disable the compression releases to check CCP.HD claims the 110cuin is 10 to 1 CR but I don't know that for a fact

Have you done any 103s & SE255s with the same TQ. curve but lower #s. it seems hard to beat for touring. i would think the FatCat would be of some help to. thanks
