From Virginia North?

Hey all.

Burning a week of vacation for a long overdue week long ride to New England in July.

The goal?

Ride, have a good time, spend as little money as possible.

The gear, a 2001 Springer, a duffle bag, a mini stove, a tent and some extra underwear.

Any suggestions?

Leaving Roanoke Va on July 4th weekend.

My suggestion.....Have fun

From experience;
- Avoid I-80.
- Avoid I-95 going north into Maine for the few days prior to the holiday. Go up through Vermont and use Rt. 2 into Maine if you're going there.

Have a great time. A bunch of us just north of you are leaving labor day weekend heading up to the adirondack mts, then over to Niagara Falls, and come back through PA. Cant wait!!
