Hey all,
took a nice weekend ride from Warwick Rhode Island down to Maryland to visit an old friend. Left thursday night after dinner, and arrived there ~2am.. had a couple beers in the garage and crashed out.. Rode 385 miles tank-to-tank without a break.. boy my butt was numb.. Friday I rode up to Gettysburg on Maryland back roads. They have a scenic route thru the "old main streets" that was really nice. Farmy roads thru rolling hills and then quaint little downtowns.. It looks like some have never changed.. Did the Gettysburg Battlefield Auto tour, and then rode back to MD tomeet Pat after he got out of work. Saturday we drank beer thru the hurricane, and then Sunday we took an awesome ride thru the mountains of Pennsylvania and I blazed home to RI after..
1100 mile round trip, great roads in PA and Maryland.. I love riding in the farm country down there!
